Forto ships for you
For stores going international without carrier contracts or a WMS.
You connect the store and fund the wallet. Forto runs the rest.
Some stores need everything. Others run their own domestic carriers and want Forto for the border. Enterprise stores can buy single pieces. Forto is built for all three.

For stores with their own domestic carrier contracts and rates.
Your domestic parcels stay on your contracts. Every cross-border parcel ships on a Forto label.
Five products. Each does one job and composes with the rest. Pieces are bought separately on Enterprise, through a demo. On Starter, Growth and Pro, all modules are included as one stack.
Duty and import tax calculated per consignment and shown duty-inclusive — at checkout, or earlier on the product page and cart. It prices the order whoever ships it; your carrier and label flow stay untouched.
Live rates in your checkout, labels on Forto's carrier pool, and a decision engine that picks the carrier and service per shipment — with a log of why. The decision is also available on its own, for a WMS that buys labels on your own accounts.
On Pro and up, Forto sells as the seller of record, so the tax is registered, filed and paid under Forto's own number and you don't register abroad. On Growth, you keep your own registrations and Forto tells you where and when you need one. Runs on your order stream — no Forto shipping required.
A no-login portal that offers an exchange, gift card or store credit before a refund. Works on orders you fulfilled yourself; attach your own return label or let Forto generate one.
The integration seam for systems Forto doesn't own: duty quotes, shipment ingest for orders you shipped yourself, and programmatic returns.
One authorization covers your subscription, wallet top-ups and duty variance. No surprise re-approvals.
Retries, replays and network hiccups can't make the same charge land twice.
VAT collected from your customers sits in its own account until it's remitted — never mixed with operating cash.
Payments are tokenized and processed by Stripe — Forto never touches card numbers.
EU data residency, DPA signed on request.
Per-plan API key scopes, enforced at request time.
TLS in transit, encrypted at rest.
No SOC 2 or ISO 27001 yet — we say so, and answer any security questionnaire with dates, not badges.
Start free and pick who ships during setup — or book a demo and we'll compose the pieces that fit the stack you already run.
